Our director and founder, Shaun Jarvis BA (Hons) PGCE NPQSL, is a former HMI and school leader with extensive middle and senior leadership experience, including in alternative provision and specialist settings. He now leads a successful education consultancy that provides tailored, expert school improvement and executive search solutions to a wide range of settings across the UK. 

Following a period of time working in Ofsted as one of Her Majesty's Inspectors, Shaun decided it was time to fulfil a life-long ambition to become his own boss. And, Jarvis Education was born! Following rapid growth (and a few sleepless nights), he decided to expand the company and several highly knowledgable and skilled experts came on board as consultants. These consultants work with a wide range of clients, including mainstream primary and secondary schools, special schools, independent (special) schools, alternative provisions, PRUs, MATs and local authorities across the UK.
