This, in turn, plays a crucial role in improving overall retention rates and ensuring continuity and stability within the school community. He is designated as Specialist Leader of Education (SLE) and Local Leader of Education (LLE). His past roles include serving as a data consultant for the SSAT and as a Leadership and Learning Partner (LLP) with local authorities. He has also mentored new headteachers in Hampshire.
